Gnome Tycoon

Description

Gnome Tycoon is still in development — Showcase v0.3.2 does not represent the final experience of the game.

Gnome Tycoon is a mobile clicker game where you, the player, manage a factory in need of help after two big corporations took over the industry. As the newly hired manager, it’s up to you to get the factory back off its knees and rightfully take back over the industry. Manufacture gnomes, buy upgrades and level up your gnomes to work your way up and make the best gnomes in the industry… and then blow it all up and start again—because why not?

This game project was created as part of my studies for my assignment on commercial games (making games for profit). As such, all monetary systems in the game are simulated and do not accept real money. In order to view the source code for the game and report any bugs you found while playing the game, please visit the GitHub repository page.

Please note that the current Showcase v0.3.2 version of Gnome Tycoon does not have a save/load function, so if you quit the game, you will lose your progress. This is something we will implement in the Release v1.0.0 version.
